My client, a forward-thinking Housing Association, is looking for a Head of Delivery to drive excellence, efficiency, and innovation across all projects. The Role This is a strategic leadership position with responsibility for: Directing and overseeing a diverse portfolio of housing adaptation and development projects. Leading multiple project teams and contractor networks to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Setting standards for quality, cost control, and health & safety compliance. Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimise delivery processes. Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, stakeholders, and partner organisations. Reporting to senior leadership and providing insight on delivery performance, risks, and solutions. What You'll Bring Extensive experience in construction or housing project delivery, ideally within social housing. Proven leadership of large, multi-million-pound projects and teams of contractors. Outstanding organisational, strategic, and communication skills. A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to deliver results across multiple projects. Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence, inspire, and drive alignment across teams.
