About the Role
This is a Hybrid role working 3 days per week in the office. Ideally you would be Brighton based most of the time but we are open to considering London for 1–2 days.
We’re looking for a proactive People Partner to join our team supporting our high‑performing Sales team in Brighton with occasional travel to our offices in Manchester and London. You’ll work closely with the Senior People Partner to deliver a great employee experience championing our culture values and ways of working.
Responsibilities
* Support and coach managers through high‑volume ER helping them build confidence in handling cases effectively and autonomously.
* Act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees providing first‑line support and escalating complex cases as needed.
* Use ER data and trends to help identify and recommend proactive solutions.
* Support the Senior People Partner on initiatives related to performance management, learning & development, wellbeing and inclusion.
* Support the delivery of key people programmes and cyclical processes.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a People and/or ER‑focused role ideally in a fast‑paced target‑driven environment (sales contact centre or similar).
* Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of ER cases confidently, pragmatically and with a commercial mindset.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, calm under pressure and confident advising managers.
* Good understanding of UK employment law and HR policies.
* Resilient, solutions‑focused and motivated to grow and develop within a supportive team.

Interview Process
* First stage: 30 minute intro and values call with Talent Partner (video call).
* Second stage: 1‑hour interview with Senior People Partner.
* Final stage: 1 hr 30 min completing a short task with our Senior People Partner and Lead People Partner and meeting with some of our Brighton‑based sales leadership (on‑site).
