About the role
Be part of our exciting Observability and Incident Management Team, impacting our core technology and experienced product teams.
You will influence technical and cultural strategies, helping teams gain insights for data-driven decisions that impact our brand, bottom line, colleagues, and customers.

Responsibilities
* Engage with stakeholders and senior management to develop and execute vision, strategy, and roadmap, managing expectations and dependencies
* Understand user personas, customer needs, and pain points
* Document and communicate requirements to engineering teams using user stories and acceptance criteria
* Lead sprint and release planning to maximize value
* Drive discovery and validate MVPs for new products/features
* Conduct experiments and data analysis to inform product improvements
Requirements
Technical:
* Understanding of observability concepts: logs, metrics, traces
* Experience with tools like New Relic, Splunk, Grafana, Open Telemetry
* Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, backend development, and CI/CD
Leadership:
* Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
* User-centric approach and empathy
* Change management experience and ability to promote observability practices
* Influence and advocacy for proactive monitoring and reliability culture
