We are actively looking for a Paralegal to join our UK Legal Team. As part of the Legal Department, the Paralegal will work closely to provide legal assistance to our UK corporate Attorney.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Acts as liaison between company attorneys, outside counsel, organizations, and in-house employees.
2. Compiles data from legal digests, encyclopedias and practice manuals.
3. Assembles, proofs and edits drafts of contracts, leases, licenses and insurance policies.
4. Prepares and files legal documents with appropriate entities, as required.
5. Conducts research on projects as directed by corporate attorneys.
6. May review and ensure the company's compliance with regulations.
7. Assists internally in analyzing documents.
8. Counsels on progress of cases.
9. May assist with the review and preparation of patent material and applications.

Qualifications:
10. Paralegal certification; preferred
11. UK law office experience; required
12. 5+ years of legal experience in the engineering/construction industry in the UK; required
13. Knowledge of office equipment/software related to position responsibilities.
14. All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171
