Job Description:
* Develop the overall architecture and blueprint for back-office solutions, aligning them with business needs and Workday functionalities.
* Design and manage the integration of Workday with other systems, ensuring data flows smoothly and securely.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
* Oversee the implementation process, ensuring the project stays on track, within budget, and meets defined objectives.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the project, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.
* Possess in-depth knowledge of Workday's capabilities and limitations
* Facilitate change management activities related to the implementation of new solutions, ensuring user adoption and minimal disruption to business operations.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in Java, API Gateway, GCP
* Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, integration patterns, and technologies relevant to Workday and back-office systems.
* Hands-on experience with Workday implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration development.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and lead technical teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and ensure successful project delivery.
* Experience with project management methodologies and tools to effectively manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
