S B M has function rooms, each cleaner takes responsibility for a given area, does an over job to start each shift then, one area is deep cleaned to avoid build up, floor & wall appointments, when & if they finish early, they help the other cleaner where possible. Cleaning takes place primarily when the public have left the area, before this, cleaners assist Function Staff when all suits are occupied.
All full time staff can use club facilities free off peak. Golf & Gym. enjoy
