Currie & Brown is currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects across the North East.

Core duties include:
* Supporting the project lead in managing design and construction phases of multi-site projects.
* Engaging with stakeholders including property services, designers, contractors, FM, and security consultants.
* Leading the coordination of customer fit-out designs in accordance with client guidelines and constraints.
* Delivering projects, commissions, and professional assignments.
* Setting objectives and priorities proactively as a team player.
* Ensuring effective communication and financial control across projects.
* Assisting with commercial management services.
* Completing work outputs accurately and punctually.
* Supporting cost management efforts.
* Representing the company professionally, building strong client relationships through meetings and negotiations.
Desired skills and attributes:
* Technical delivery experience in the construction industry.
* Strong technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
* Organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, and commercially aware.
* Team-oriented with a positive attitude, outgoing, respectful, and adaptable.
* BSc in construction management, architecture, building surveying, or equivalent.
* Experience in the education sector is advantageous.
* Experience with fit-out projects.
* Risk management qualifications or experience.
