Service Advisor – £38,000+ OTE– Main Dealership – Luton

Our client, a main dealership is looking for a high-performing Service Advisor to join their successful Aftersales team. The Service Advisor role comes with a competitive OTE of £38,000+ with an excellent benefits package.
1. Monday to Friday 8 till 6 and every other Saturday.
2. 33 days holiday
3. 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-1pm
4. Kerridge system
5. 1 hour lunch
Key Service Advisor Roles and Responsibilities:
6. Ensure customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
7. As a Service Advisor you will advise on timescales and collection arrangements
8. Produce job cards on the in-house computer system
Minimum Service Advisor Requirements:
9. Experience in a similar role, as a Service Admin / Service Advisor or similar
10. Experience with Kerridge/Pinnacle/DRIVE/ONELink
11. An ability to sell additional products and services to customer
12. Experience in using commercial databases
