Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join our friendly team in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to work at our supported living services providing support for adults with a learning disability, physical needs and support needs. This role is a temporary fixed term contract for 6 months.
Our mission is to provide a safe, homely environment in which adults with additional needs can live as independently as possible whilst receiving bespoke packages of care and support that fulfil their needs. We are looking for someone who can lead a team of dedicated support workers to achieve positive outcomes for service users.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent, respectful and individualized support to all service users.
* Develop sincere and trusting relationships with service users and encourage them to express their needs, views and concerns.
