The Role
We are looking for a motivated and driven Store Manager to lead one of our busy retail stores. This is a hands-on role combining leadership, sales, customer service, and commercial awareness. You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, manage and develop a team of staff, and ensure the business consistently achieves its weekly performance targets.
The successful candidate will report to the Group Manager and, on occasion, the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the daily operation and performance of the store
· Lead, motivate, and manage a team to deliver excellent customer service
· Buy and sell directly with members of the public
· Drive sales and profitability to achieve weekly targets
· Ensure high standards of merchandising, presentation, and compliance
· Train, support, and develop team members
· Maintain accurate stock control and operational processes
Requirements
· Previous retail management experience (essential)
· Strong leadership and team management skills
· Confident dealing directly with customers
· Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· Experience working with gold and precious metals would be an advantage

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
