Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and internal staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and company events to support team productivity and engagement. Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems to ensure easy access to information. Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing workspaces and necessary documentation. Support finance and HR teams with administrative tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and record keeping. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline office processes and improve overall efficiency. Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution promptly and professionally. Requirements Proven experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably within a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
