We are currently looking for a professional and detail-oriented Sales & Service Admin Assistant to join our team and support both our sales and service departments.
Role Overview
This important role involves providing administrative support, handling customer communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of our internal processes. You'll need to be IT-proficient, highly organised, and confident when dealing with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day admin support to the sales and service teams
* Professionally handle inbound and outbound customer calls
* Process orders, invoices, and service documentation
* Maintain and update internal databases accurately
* Schedule and coordinate service appointments
* Assist with reporting and internal communications
* Respond to customer queries via phone and email
* Carry out general office duties as required
What We're Looking For
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email systems
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Highly organised and reliable
* Able to work independently and manage time effectively
* Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role (preferred)
