Job Description
Paid Search Marketing Manager – 9‑month maternity cover contract starting in August. Reports to the Senior Paid Search Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop PPC strategies aligned to business objectives in collaboration with the Senior Paid Search Manager.
* Oversee PPC account management throughout the campaign lifecycle (planning, set‑up, optimisation and reporting).
* Own delivery of key activity and projects and provide performance insights to stakeholders.
* Identify growth opportunities and support the Paid Search Marketing Executive.
* Collaborate with regional teams, Marketing Analytics, Workflow Managers and others to optimise spend plans and maximise ROI.
* Stay current on PPC developments and trends to expand subject‑matter expertise across T&F.
* Manage brief completion workflow, work priorities and timings in agreement with workflow process managers.
Qualifications
* Self‑starter, keen to learn and take on new challenges.
* Proven experience with Google Ads (Google Analytics 4 preferred).
* Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
* Excellent time‑management and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Collaborative, emotionally intelligent and able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Location
The successful candidate will work from the Milton Park office in Oxfordshire, with a minimum of three days per week in‑person. The office will relocate to Oxford city centre in late 2027/early 2028.
