We're Hiring: Senior Project Manager – Luxury Interior Fit-Out

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in luxury interior fit-out projects to manage and oversee multiple high-profile projects in KSA and UAE. This role will involve leading a team of professionals, ensuring the delivery of world-class interior fit-outs from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex, high-spec interior projects, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional quality, on-time and within budget.
* Please note that this role will be assigned to ALEC FITOUT projects located either in the Saudi Arabia (KSA) or the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
* The position requires a six-day working week, which is mandatory for all site-based roles.
* Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for either KSA or UAE.
Your Role:
* Lead and manage luxury interior fit-out projects from concept to flawless delivery.
* Oversee planning, procurement, budgeting, and execution.
* Align cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and consultants toward excellence.
* Champion HSE standards, risk management, and quality assurance at every phase.
* Be the driving force behind timely approvals, smooth coordination, and design perfection.
What You’ll Need:
* 15+ years’ experience in construction, with at least 5 in luxury fit-out project management.
* Strong portfolio managing complex, high-spec interior projects.
* Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
