Knowledge Requirements
* Demonstrate good communication skills and understanding of basic requirements for individualized patient care
QualificationsAcademic/ Craft/ Professional
* Care Certificate or willingness to work towards
Further Training
* Mandatory updates and customer care courses
Experience
* Previous customer care experience and life skills.
* Previous NHS experience in an outpatient setting
Contractual Requirements
* Regular attendee, able to work flexibly within working hours of department.
