Bar and Floor staff – Dirty Onion
Are you outgoing, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re on the hunt for enthusiastic Bar & Floor Staff to join our energetic team at one of the Belfast’s busiest and most vibrant bars.
You will be responsible for:
* Delivering outstanding customer service with a smile
* Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
* Supporting your team through busy shifts
* Keeping cool under pressure and bringing energy to every shift
* Collecting and cleaning glassware to a good standard (floor positions)
* Handling payments accurately and efficiently (bar positions)
* Serving drinks efficiently and to a high standard (bar positions)
We will only consider applications from those who are fully flexible to work late nights Friday and Saturday.
What we’re looking for:
* Floor staff - Previous bar experience preferred (6 months)
* Bar staff – Previous bar experience essential (6 months)
* Good communicators with a passion for hospitality
* Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team
* Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume venue

The rate of pay for this position is £12.21 per hour
