Job Title: Learner Support Officer (Teaching Assistant)
Location: Kings Lynn
Hours: 21 - 35 hours per week, 36 weeks per year (term-time plus up to 5 training days per annum)
Salary: £12.52 - £12.63 per hour (£24,092 - £24,292 FTE)
We are recruiting several Learner Support Officers to support our mainstream provision due to increasing student numbers and internal progression.
Role Overview
Our learner support officers provide both academic and pastoral support to learners with diverse needs, including emotional support, personal care, reading, and scribing. We aim to ensure each learner receives the best educational experience by adapting to their needs. Support is provided both inside and outside the classroom.
