Sales Manager Location: Dundee Salary: £36,000 per annum Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent Hours: Full-Time, Office-Based Start Date: ASAP We are currently recruiting for an experienced and commercially minded Sales Manager to lead the promotion and sales of a dynamic event and meeting space in Dundee. This is a key role focused on driving revenue through strategic networking, relationship building, and effective sales execution. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business leads and build a strong sales pipeline through networking and outreach activities Sell and upsell the venue's event and meeting space to corporate and private clients Negotiate pricing and tailor packages to meet client needs while maximising revenue Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, event organisers, and stakeholders Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery and client satisfaction Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy Provide regular sales reporting and contribute to business development plansRequirements: Proven experience in sales, ideally within hospitality, events, or venue management Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills A proactive and results-driven approach to business development Ability to build rapport and close deals confidently Familiarity with the local business landscape is advantageous Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of a high-impact role and contribute to the growth of a vibrant organisation.
