The Care Leavers Team has recently been recognised as Outstanding by Ofsted. Our work is underpinned by relationship-based practice and a strong commitment to participation and empowerment. Key Responsibilities As a Young Person’s Advisor, you will: Work alongside care leavers to create and implement aspirational Pathway Plans. Support young people to achieve stability in housing, education, employment, and training. Promote positive emotional and physical wellbeing, ensuring access to relevant services. Help care leavers build supportive networks and relationships. Encourage structure, purpose, and independence in their day-to-day lives.
