You’ll lead a high-performing structure with the opportunity to appoint further Operations Managers as we continue to scale This is a hands-on leadership role requiring: Strong operational oversight and commercial acumen The ability to deliver at volume and pace across a nationwide footprint Close collaboration with internal teams, including SHEQ and Continuous Improvement & Process Leads, to embed scalable systems ensuring compliance, safety, and quality What We’re Looking For You’re an accomplished operations leader from a mechanical or technical background (plumbing, electrical, M&E) with experience in: Retail and distribution environments Complex FM or reactive maintenance delivery Scaling teams, refining processes, and managing growth phases Your leadership style is modern, inclusive, and energetic.
