Location: Eastbourne. Contracted Hours Available: 6. We’re looking for a friendly and upbeat Team Leader to bring energy, positivity, and great vibes to our store. In this role you’ll support the Store Manager, keep the team motivated and make sure every customer leaves satisfied.

* Support the Store Manager and step up when they are away to keep things running smoothly.

* Ensure every customer receives exactly what they wanted, leaving with a smile.
* Drive day‑to‑day store operations, creating great customer experiences and commercial success.

* Track store metrics and ensure operations run efficiently.
