The RSC is looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and efficient individuals to join our exclusive catering team as Restaurant and Bar Staff, working in our iconic Rooftop Restaurant in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Reporting to the Catering Manager, you will deliver excellent customer service to ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. You will assist in the efficient running of the Rooftop Restaurant and Theatre bars including events and private dining.

Reporting to the Catering Managers, you will:
8. Greet and welcome customers
9. Ensure orders are taken and the service style is efficient
10. To always ensure that the Rooftop Restaurant and theatre bars is presented in style appropriate to the service.
11. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure guests have a memorable and enjoyable dining experience
12. Tailor your approach to each customer, exciting them with our latest food menu and drink offer
13. Handle all bills

15. The ability to work quickly and cleanly under pressure

20. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Working a variety of shifts, but primarily in the evenings and weekends, this is a variable hours contract and is based in Stratford-Upon-Avon.
