We’re working with a prestigious, employee-owned law firm to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to join their highly respected team based in Warwickshire.

Who we’re looking for
4. Experience handling high-net-worth private client matters
5. Exposure to agricultural or landed estates is a plus
6. Technically strong and detail-focused
7. Background in a well-regarded or prestigious firm preferred
8. Personality fit can flex, whether you shine in front of clients or prefer a quieter, technical role, the team will shape the opportunity around you
What you’ll be doing
9. Managing a diverse caseload including wills, trusts, complex probate and tax planning
10. Working on matters for big farming estates and wealthy families
11. Growing out the higher-value end of the department’s offering
12. Playing a key part in one of the largest private client teams in the region
13. Collaborating with expert colleagues in a team that avoids pigeonholing
Salary & Benefits
14. Salary £50,000
15. Associate Partner: Negotiable
16. Team-based targets, no individual billable hour expectations
