Responsibilities
* Redesign the mobile web app by gathering customer insights, wireframing new flows, and implementing them in our design system.
* Build flexible, composable components in the design system that enable other engineers to create custom autocompletes with filters and record‑creation capabilities.
* Help other engineers improve design information hierarchy and scannability for candidate assessments.
* Collaborate on product specifications, write technical and product specs, and implement end‑to‑end solutions.
* Own projects from research through final implementation, ensuring clear communication with product managers and designers.
Qualifications
* Strong experience with TypeScript, React, GraphQL API, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
* Experience building and extending design systems or component libraries.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with cross–functional teams.
* Passion for learning fast and handling ambiguous problems.

Interview Process
* Introduction call with hiring manager (15‑30 min).
* Technical screen: pair in our codebase (1 h).
* Three non‑coding interviews covering product thinking, technical design, infrastructure (≈3 h 15 min total).
Compensation Range: £138K - £224K.
