Salary: Paid to M2–M6

At Milk Education, we are proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the DA18 area, who are seeking a passionate and committed KS1–KS2 Teacher to join their team in January.
This school caters for pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), offering a supportive, nurturing environment where every child can reach their full potential. The school’s small, focused classrooms allow for personalised learning and strong relationships with pupils.
You will be teaching a small class of up to 10 pupils (initially 4 or fewer), supported by a dedicated team of Teaching Assistants and senior leaders who work collaboratively to create an engaging and inclusive learning experience.
Key Details:
* Full-time position starting January 2026
* Small class sizes – up to 10 pupils (starting with 4 or fewer)
* Ongoing CPD and SEN training provided
* Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Paid to scale (M2–M6)

* Be an enthusiastic and reflective teacher with a genuine passion for inclusive education
* Have strong classroom management and differentiation skills
* Be open to developing their knowledge of SEND, with full training and support provided

* Create a nurturing, engaging, and structured learning space where all pupils can succeed
