Youll be joining a small but ambitious team led by someone whos been with the company for 11 years and still genuinely loves what he does. The business has grown from a £2 million to a £20 million turnover and the commissioning department is developing quickly, which means your influence will actually matter rather than getting lost in layers of structure.
Your work will be split between the workshop in Nelson and customer sites, with plenty of variety. A large part of your time will be spent commissioning machines in house before they ship. Once youre on site, youll be the person fault finding, modifying PLCs, tuning performance and getting production lines running properly.
