As our 3PL Strategy & Partnerships Manager, you’ll be accountable for £50m+ annual logistics spend and act as the lead in building high-trust, innovative partnerships with our 3PL providers. This isn’t a typical contract management role – you’ll blend commercial leadership with strategic supply chain insight, embedding industry-leading practices and creating mutual growth opportunities.
Lead the commercial and contractual management of Ocado’s 3PL warehousing and transport partnerships.
Design and execute long-term strategies balancing cost efficiency, service excellence, and scalability.
Bring structure and visibility to open-book models, validate costs, and create commercial benchmarks.
Support performance reviews, continuous improvement, and onboarding of future 3PL partners.
Ensure the content of any new contracts meets business requirements.
Commercial acumen and hands-on experience with open- and closed-book models.
Financial literacy, forecasting, and cost modelling capability.
Full UK driving licence for site and partner visits.
