Hours: This is a part-time role, we are open to either 4 days (28 hours) or 3 days a week (21 hours). Working hours can be set to 9:30 am–5:30 pm, or set to fewer hours across additional days
Requirements of the Role
* Implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition, ensuring that all activities are effectively implemented and measured.
* Produce and share marketing content across multiple channels — including digital, social media, email, and events — and manage the collateral library to ensure materials are current and accessible.
* Oversee website content management in partnership with developers, including regular updates, coordination of new features or structural changes, and monitoring analytics to maintain a consistent user experience and brand presentation.
* Champion the firm’s CRM usage, including forming contact lists, supporting data hygiene, monitoring outreach and engagement activity, and liaising with developers to ensure optimal performance and support.
* Organising firm events, workshops, and other functions.
* Assisting and supporting the production of bids, proposals and legal directories.
* Advantageous: Proficient ability to design digital marketing assets using Adobe InDesign, including brochures, one-pagers, social media graphics, and presentation materials.
The Person Specification
* Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Legal industry or a related field.
* Excellent understanding of digital marketing, including solid experience managing websites, content marketing, social media, SEO and, to a lesser extent, PPC.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
