Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Real Estate Rental Agent located in Cradley Heath. The Real Estate Rental Agent will be responsible for handling landlord/tenant matters, managing properties, and performing various estate agent tasks. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and ensuring effective communication with clients and tenants to facilitate property rentals.
Qualifications
* Experience with Landlord/Tenant Matters and Property Management
* Knowledge and expertise as Estate Agents
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Ability to work on-site in Cradley Heath
* High level of organizational and multitasking abilities
* Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
* Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate preferred
