In neustark’s Sink Sales team we develop partnerships with businesses to integrate our carbon removal technology into their operations. We work with storage partners such as demolition waste recyclers and processors and of slags and ashes. To bring our ambitious growth strategy to life, we combine data-driven decision-making with client-centric insights and interactions. Together, we forge a sustainable and impactful future for neustark and our partners.
YOUR mission at neustark
* Achieve sales targets for your assigned territory and own forecast sales activities.
* Develop a sales strategy with target prospect lists and lead the sales process from prospecting to closing.
* Build multi-layered customer relationships and understand both their strategic objectives and operational challenges.
* Be a trusted advisor to storage partners for unlocking new revenue streams.
* Own the customer lifecycle and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Define optimal CO2 storage solutions for the operations of your storage partners.
* Assist our operations team in developing local CO2 supply solutions.
* Build the UK market in close collaboration with the CRO and business development.
* Represent neustark at industry events and associations in the UK.

* 3+ years of direct B2B enterprise sales experience to C-Level stakeholders.
* Experienced in selling technical hardware products in complex sales cycles.
* Proven track record in driving pipeline and achieving sales targets.
* Success in building trusted relationships with both operators and senior executives.
* Experienced in opening and establishing new markets.
* Thrive in a high-growth culture with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Professional fluency in English, German is advantageous.
* Flexibility to travel within the applicable region (up to 40%).
