Business Support Administrator - Chorley, Lancashire 30 hours per week Monday to Friday - National Living Wage Are you good at solving problems? Are you a strong communicator? The Opportunity Working closely with the Business Support Team, Operations Teams and Head Office, the main focus of the role is to provide general administration, facilities and office management support. Tasks include, but are not limited to; ordering and sourcing office and grounds maintenance materials, finance tasks, photocopying, electronic filing, purchase ledger queries, credit control queries and invoicing. In addition, the successful candidate will also be tasked with facilities management for Head Office and answering customer care calls. They will be required to carry out these tasks in line with company processes and procedures The Person Enthusiastic, competent and self motivated with strong communication and organisational skills Conscientious and detail orientated person with a proven track record in administration Outstanding customer care skills are an essential requirement Candidates should have knowledge of and experience of using Microsoft Office, Google Suite What can Glendale offer you?
