Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver electronics projects for both on‑car and off‑car applications, from design through to validation and testing. Manage and prioritise your workload to meet business demands and project timelines. Support system development activities including instrumentation, testing, collaboration with internal teams, and maintaining high professional standards. Develop embedded software using agile engineering methods, with a focus on efficiency and reusable code across the department. Mentor and guide team members to help build capability across the electronics group. Explore and evaluate new technologies that could enhance vehicle performance, reliability, or data accuracy. Work proactively and professionally, adhering to company processes and reporting structures. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Excellent working knowledge of electronics and their applications. Strong understanding of electronic instrumentation, sensors, and data logging systems. Good working knowledge of automotive and motorsport communication systems. Ideally, experience in Formula One or a comparable high‑level motorsport environment. The ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver results to tight deadlines. Strong decision‑making skills and a results‑driven mindset. A collaborative, enthusiastic approach and the ability to build strong working relationships.
