My Client, a Boutique Hotel on the outskirts of Evesham is looking to recruit a Pastry Chef on a Permanent basis.
There is an established team in place but they would like to expand with a suitably experienced Pastry chef looking for a fresh challenge in a highly regarded venue.
Responsibilities
* Reasonable for the Pastry, assisting Head Chef with menu items
* Management of pastry sections
* Training to junior members of the team in Pastry
* Be strong in Pastry, an advantage to be multi skilled throughout the kitchen
Qualifications
* Must have at least 4-5 years rosette experience
* Held similar position in a rosette kitchen doing pastry
* Location requires own transport or live-in can be provided
Location & Compensation
* Because of its location, your own transport is essential or they can offer live-in if required
* The salary on offer is up to £38,000 plus gratuities
