Domestic Considerations: RSDs: 27 days with possibility of further being available. Evening and weekend work may be required. Post Role: Sqn Operations and Training Officer. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for production and coordination of Sqn Trg programme. 2. Ensure operational capability of unit Ops cell and unit vehicle fleet. 3. Control and direct the Sqn Recruiting team. 4. Assist the Sqn with all G3/G7 planning. 5. Ensure Sqn personnel have completed all individual training. 6. Ensure Sqn has sufficient qualified personnel.
