We are looking for someone with a 'can do' attitude and who can demonstrate the following skills:

1. Excellent organisational and administrative skills
2. Ability to prioritise and manage their own workload, often with conflicting priorities
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including writing reports and minutes
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and using databases
6. Experience with NHS processes and systems would be an advantage
7. Dealing with confidential and sensitive information
8. Willingness to learn

Qualifications

Essential criteria

9. Experience of Microsoft Office applications
10. GCSE in English and Maths
11. NVQ4 or equivalent

Experience

Essential criteria

12. Experience of working with senior managers in an administrative role
13. Worked under own direction and prioritised tasks

Desirable criteria

14. Experience of working in OD team or education

Technical Skills

Essential criteria

15. Good analytical skills. Able to analyse reports and complex administrative and clinical data and act on these aporpriately
16. Excellent knowledge of business systems and office organisation
17. Advanced user of IT applications (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Forms and Teams)
18. Good administrator. Able to prioritise administrative tasks
19. Able to organise agendas with excellent minute taking in a variety of forms

Knowledge

Essential criteria

20. Microsoft Email
21. Electronic diary management and booking
22. Use of spreadsheets for management reporting

Desirable criteria

23. Understand the principles of effective team working
24. Understand programme and project terminology
