Overview
£26,228 basic salary plus uncapped commission (OTE ~£46,228). You will receive your own electric company car and work a full‑time, door‑to‑door sales role based in Southend‑On‑Sea.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be out in your local area, engaging customers in conversation, building rapport, and presenting Virgin Media O2’s broadband, mobile and TV products. Your responsibilities include:
* Product knowledge and sales conversion
* Managing your own pipeline and follow‑ups
* Treating your area as your own business and meeting sales targets
Training & Hours
Two weeks of full‑time training (Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am‑5:00 pm), followed by on‑job support. Work 37.5 hours per week, typically 12:00 pm‑8:00 pm.
Must Haves
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work 12–8 pm shifts
