GM Land Solutions require a dynamic and proactive individual to take on various roles from the director and assist with others in the company.
The company mainly carry out commercial work with a wide mix of clients in different locations, covering a wide mix of services, mainly land based. These are mainly delivered in-house but also involve working with regular and trusted sub-contractors.
The role will initially be part time and will include, but not be limited to:
Assisting with managing compliance and reviewing/updating health and safety systems and processes
Managing planned maintenance and records for equipment
Marketing support including basic PPC, some basic SEO and digital marketing
Carrying out administrative tasks as required
Communication with clients and suppliers
Potentially with the additional to form a full time role in future:
Managing a small self storage facility and advertising units, dealing with enquiries and setting up agreements with tenants
Setting up and managing service charges to users
Dealing with basic marketing and admin for dog parks
