We are currently recruiting Support Workers to work within a residential service.
This role involves supporting individuals in a residential setting, promoting independence, dignity, and person-centred outcomes while ensuring safe and effective care.
Role Responsibilities
* Deliver person-centred support
* Promote independence, dignity, and choice
* Follow care plans and risk assessments
* Support with daily living tasks
* Maintain accurate records and report concerns appropriately
Mandatory Requirements
Applicants must already hold the following:
* A valid DBS (within 12 months or on the Update Service)
* All-in-one mandatory training, including:
* Practical Manual Handling
* Practical Basic Life Support
* Care Certificate (current or expired accepted)
* Oral Health training
* Dysphagia awareness
* Epilepsy training
* Oliver McGowan Tier 1 and Tier 2 Training
