As an Events & Coordinator Supervisor for Searcys you will be responsible for the overall co-ordination and expediting of an event. Supporting the Managers and co-ordinating the team during the event. Surveyors House is a new venue to the Searcys portfolio, opening in September 2024 as a brand-new venue to the market. Comprising of Surveyors House which has 7 spaces and a capacity of up to 110 guests in the main Lecture Hall and Searcys Westminster which is our Bar and Brasserie located next door which has two private dining spaces. Job Type: Full Time Salary: 34000 p.a. Responsibilities: To ensure events are set up as required by the event sheets. Ensure events are delivered on time as required by the event sheets. To liaise with the kitchen and Events team to deliver successful events. Conducts short- and long-term planning and management for events. Maintains or exceeds budgeted sales and profits in all event areas. Leads event team to build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.
