We are looking for an outstanding Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.
You'll be working full time, 42 hours a week, on 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Yorkshire Supported Living Leeds - Gotts Park.
The service provides specialist support for adults with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs within their own accommodation.
Each accommodation offers individuals the opportunity to hold their own tenancy agreement with a Registered Housing Provider. Individuals supported in this service may have previously been detained within a hospital setting and are ready for a step-down placement within their local community. We provide specialist input and risk assessment to manage and reduce high-risk or offending behaviour for individuals stepping down from secure, forensic, or long-stay settings.
At Cygnet, our perks go beyond pension schemes and professional development; you'll also enjoy discounts with our free NHS blue light card, rewards gateway offering 10% or more off supermarket shopping, private health cash plans, free confidential mental health support, and more to support your wellbeing both in and out of work.
Apply now to enjoy excellent career prospects while making a difference to others every day.
