Estate Head of HR
Olympia, London (W14) | Reporting to CEO
Olympia Estate Services (OES) is seeking a commercially astute and culturally driven Head of HR to lead the people agenda across the evolving Olympia London estate.
This is a pivotal leadership role with full accountability for HR operations, governance, culture, and people infrastructure during a period of organisational growth and transformation.
The Head of HR will:
* Provide strategic and operational leadership across the full employee lifecycle
* Harmonise and develop all HR policies and procedures across this new business
* Shape, embed, and sustain OES’s culture and values
* Lead HR governance, employment law compliance, and complex employee relations
* Oversee implementation of payroll, reward frameworks, people data, and GDPR compliance
* Drive implementation and optimisation of HR systems (HRIS) and reporting capability
* Lead HR input into TUPE activity and organisational change
* Oversee LMS and training requirements across a growing team
* Strengthen performance management, workforce planning, and recruitment governance
* Deliver continuous improvement across HR operations and employee experience
The Profile
We are seeking a proven Senior HR leader with:
* Significant experience in a complex, operational environment
* Deep knowledge of UK employment law and HR governance
* A demonstrable track record of embedding culture and values
* Experience implementing or optimising HR systems
* Gravitas and credibility to influence at executive level
* Strong analytical judgement and high levels of discretion
* Proven experience in working within a commercial "start up" organisation
CIPD qualification preferred.
This is a highly visible, site-based leadership role offering the opportunity to build and mature a modern, scalable HR function within one of London’s most recognisable estates.
