Overview:A well-established manufacturing business is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their friendly, tight-knit team of 7. This role involves maintaining and supporting 35-40 machines on site in a collaborative, hands-on environment. Candidates from any manufacturing background are welcome. The 17th/18th Edition qualification is advantageous but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and repair electrical machinery across the site
* Support colleagues during holiday cover and shift changes
* Work safely and collaboratively within the team
* Apply practical problem-solving skills to keep production running smoothly
* Contribute to process improvements and machine efficiency
Skills & Competencies:
* Electrical experience in a manufacturing environment
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Flexible and adaptable to shift patterns
* Good communication skills in English
