The Role:
Are you Solutions Engineer who’s passionate about solving complex problems and enabling customers to get the most out of their data.
* Partner with sales to remove technical blockers, craft scalable solutions, and drive product adoption across key accounts.
* Translate between technical stakeholders (e.g. data teams) and business leaders (e.g. marketers, product managers) with clarity and confidence.
* Create value-driven demos, documentation, and consultative strategies that address customer data challenges from discovery to activation.
Desired Skills and Experience:
We're seeking a problem-solver with a consultative mindset and a love for customer interaction.
* Sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical pre-sales in SaaS.
* Proven expertise in martech and/or data products, with knowledge of cloud data warehouses, APIs, and modern data stacks.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify the complex for both technical and non-technical audiences.
