Registered Manager – Residential Care Home
Location: Ilkley, West Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £37,500 + Bonus (up to 10% of salary, paid twice per year)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

The Role:
As Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care. Key responsibilities include:

Leading and motivating the team to deliver outstanding care

Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining the Good rating
*
Overseeing individual care plans, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and updated
*
Managing budgets and resources effectively
*
Building positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
*
Promoting the home locally and maintaining healthy occupancy levels

About You:
*
2+ years’ experience as a Deputy Manager or higher
*
Health and Social Care Level 3 qualification or above
*
Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
*
Solid understanding of CQC compliance and regulations
