The Opportunity… This is an opportunity for an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join our highly regarded Corporate team. We will provide you with an existing client bank, and we are looking for someone who enjoys building professional networks and growing a strong and profitable portfolio of clients. We support a happy work/life balance with agile and flexible working policies, while remaining linked to a local office and a close-knit team. You will have the support of a specialist administration team to provide the resources and foundation for delivering client outcomes and continuously improving our offering.

Responsibilities
* Build professional networks and grow a profitable portfolio of corporate clients.
* Deliver compliant, tailored employee benefits solutions to a range of corporate clients.
* Collaborate with a specialist administration team to support client delivery and business operations.
* Maintain knowledge of the UK regulatory environment relevant to Financial Services.
* Work with colleagues to achieve Succession’s corporate objectives and uphold cultural values.
Qualifications
* Studying towards the relevant CII qualifications and preferably the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
* A minimum of 2 years experience in an Employee Benefits Adviser/Consultant role.
* Experience delivering compliant, tailored solutions to corporate clients.
* A track record of winning new clients.
* Self-disciplined with resilience, motivation and tenacity.
* Motivated to understand and engage with Succession’s objectives and cultural values.
* Effective team player and able to recognise the value of support teams.
* Knowledge of the UK regulatory system relevant to Financial Services.
* Committed to ongoing professional development and CPD.
