The Role of Financial Accountant
* Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts and KPIs Lead budgeting and 5-year planning processes Run the year-end audit and prepare statutory accounts Handle payroll, VAT returns, P11Ds, PSA and ATED submissions Liaise with family advisors on directors' accounts Oversee financial operations for Scottish Estates (Sage 50) Enhance reporting using NetSuite with third-party support Provide ad hoc financial analysis and internal audit support
The Candidate for Financial Accountant
* A recognised accountancy qualification or QBE Proven experience in management accounting and financial control Strong Excel skills; knowledge of NetSuite and Sage 50 advantageous A hands-on approach and attention to detail in a varied role
