Salary: £33-43k per annum (depending on experience) + benefits + car
Reporting to: L&D Lead (Expertise)
Travel: National travel required to deliver learning sessions; quarterly travel to Handforth.
About the Role
As a key member of the learning & development team, you will support the Lead roles in creating and delivering learning and development interventions across the enterprise. You will work within a dynamic team of practitioners to plan, respond, and deliver the business's needs, acting as an internal learning & development consultant responsible for designing and implementing learning solutions.
The primary focus is on enhancing colleague and leadership performance, skills, and capabilities. You will drive colleague engagement and experience through seamless learning solutions and aim to reduce attrition.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Leads and the wider L&D team to shape learning solutions aligned with strategic goals and talent strategy, identifying development opportunities across the enterprise.
* Design and develop learning solutions, deliver training, and adapt sessions based on feedback.
* Provide guidance to learners before, during, and after learning sessions.
* Work closely with managers and People Business Partners to ensure training meets departmental and organizational needs.
* Support the integration of digital learning tools and platforms.
* Partner with the broader learning team and third parties to design relevant content, employing blended learning approaches such as e-learning, workshops, master classes, action learning, and coaching.
* Manage costs to ensure learning solutions are cost-effective.
* Work effectively with third-party partners to ensure service delivery aligns with agreements and KPIs.
* Ensure key data collection, success measures, and reporting are in place for assigned solutions.
* Build external networks to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
* Leverage digital and tech teams to ensure services are digitally enabled and AI is optimized.
Experience, Knowledge, and Expertise Required
1. Significant relevant experience at a learning practitioner level.
2. Experience in delivering and creating blended learning solutions, both face-to-face and virtual.
3. Ability to create and measure the impact of blended learning solutions.
4. Focus on continuous improvement through data, trends, analysis, and review.
