Reporting to the Office Manager, duties to include:
Manage internal and external documentation, ensuring all parties work to the latest revisions.
Arranging shipping and documentation of company equipment within the UK and import and export globally.
Support onboarding processes, including risk screening, compliance checks, and collection of required documentation.
Monitor multiple email inboxes and respond promptly to correspondence.
Answer incoming calls, direct queries appropriately, and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
