You will work in a clinic, hospital or domiciliary setting to provide assessment, diagnosis and full case management of adult patients with communication and swallowing difficulties Following your patient assessment, you will be responsible for providing appropriate intervention and evaluating outcomes You will communicate complex condition-related information to patients, carers and relevant colleagues, as well as demonstrating practical procedures where appropriate You will demonstrate clinical knowledge and effectiveness by the use of evidence-based practice and outcome measures You will demonstrate commitment to personal development and acquisition of further skills and knowledge You will adhere to National and Local standards and guidelines relating to professional practice For full details of the duties and criteria for the role please refer to the job description and person specification attached.
