About the Role: Teach Art and Design across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for teaching at Key Stage 5. Plan and deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities. Use a variety of teaching methods and resources, including drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, and digital media, to develop students' artistic skills and knowledge. Encourage students to explore their creativity and express themselves through a range of art forms. Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback to support individual learning journeys. Contribute to the department's curriculum development and resource creation. Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and stimulating learning environment. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice. We are looking for: A qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent. Excellent subject knowledge in Art and Design. A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
